What we do in a NutShell:

A Regional Director selects District Leaders. These men have already been trained and have a proven track record in the ministry. Each of the District Leaders select between 20-30 (current or possible) Pastors/church planters from their particular district. They then spend the next year going through 10 courses inside their respective district. After a year of training, each of the students go out and start their own churches.
